Where Your Health Comes First
You’re Always Welcome at Family Practice WestCare
Quality Care You Can Trust
Looking for an independent primary care near you? Family Practice WestCare moved their primary care to Grove City in 2020 to provide an alternative to the large health systems. Sarah Perlman started Family Practice WestCare in 2018 because she knows Grove City and our South and West Side communities need an independently-owned practice providing quality, evidenced based & compassionate primary care. Sarah has raised her son in the area so she knows our communities, shops and eats at our small businesses and knows the meaning and importance of proving individualized care to each patient. That is why Sarah accepts most public and private and insurance and offers an affordable self-pay option as well.
At Family Practice WestCare, we offer our patients all the attention and care they deserve in order to get them feeling happy and healthy. Call or swing by today!
Our Services

The aim of primary care is to provide an easy, accessible route to care, whatever the patient’s concern – whether it’s a common minor illness, a long term condition, or to prevent future ill-health through advice, immunization (injections) and screening programs. We are proud of the diversity of our patients as it allows us to provide better patient care because we understand and represent the diversity within our patient base.
Our providers include Sarah Perlman, CNP and Stacy Whisner, CNP, but it's our entire staff working collaboratively that is ready to help you lead a happy and healthy life.

Women's Health
Happier, Healthier You
Women have many unique health concerns — menstrual cycles, pregnancy, birth control, menopause — and that's just the beginning. A number of health issues affect only women and others are more common in women. What's more, men and women may have the same condition, but different symptoms. Many diseases affect women differently and may even require distinct treatment. As a female-owned practice, Family Practice WestCare, LLC understands the importance of Women's Health and will work with you for a happy and healthy life.
Men's Health
Don't Dismiss Your Symptoms
When it comes to prevention and early detection, men’s health often takes a back seat to women’s health. As we see statistically, men pay less attention to their health than women do. Men also are more likely to smoke, drink, take more risks, and generally lead a less healthy lifestyle. Men are still just as susceptible to the same things such as cancer, depression, stroke, diabetes, and heart diseases. In addition to these risks, men also have unique issues such as ED, prostate cancer and benign prostate enlargement.
LGBTQ+ Health
We Are Here For Your Health
Although members of the LGBTQ+ community have many health needs in common with everyone else — LGBTQ+ people catch colds, get injured and share health risks with others of their gender, race and ethnicity — there are some unique care concerns that are important to discuss with a provider. As your primary care provider, we don't want to make presumptions about you and your health care. We know for many LGBTQ+ patients, that can mean missed screenings for potentially life-threatening conditions, such as ovarian and prostate cancer.
We are committed to doing our part to help eliminate LGBTQ+ health disparities and enhancing efforts to improve LGBT health are necessary to ensure that LGBT individuals and families can lead long, healthy lives.
Self Pay Patients
Quality Care for Everyone
We live in this community and understand not everyone has the ability to afford health insurance. That is why we accept self-pay patients as well. We believe everyone deserves quality healthcare and we want to ensure our community that no matter what your circumstances, your health and well-being is important to us.
Annual Wellness Visits
Protecting Your Health For Years To Come
The Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) is a yearly appointment with your primary care provider (PCP) to create or update a personalized prevention plan. This plan may help prevent illness based on your current health and risk factors. Keep in mind that the AWV is not a head-to-toe physical. Everyone enrolled in Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage, though, is eligible for an annual wellness visit for no copay. Schedule yours today!
DOT Physicals
Get You On The Road
Federal law requires drivers of commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) to receive regular physical examinations. The official name for these exams is “Department of Transportation Medical Examinations,” but it’s often shortened to “DOT physicals.” DOT physicals are designed to detect physical, mental, and emotional issues that can impact a CMV driver’s ability to safely spend long hours on the road. Book your DOT Physical today!
